Your Spa Experience

when you arrive...

Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to change, relax and complete any necessary consultation forms. We want you to be unrushed so you can enjoy the full duration of your treatment.

what to wear?

For the majority of treatments you are provided with a robe so you can undress and get comfortable before you go in. Towels and slippers are also provided, and showers are available along with complimentary products for you to freshen up before you leave. There’s no need to hurry!

Stay A Little While

Please do enjoy all the Health Club facilities for an hour before or after your treatment, including our chlorine-free swimming pool, sauna and steam room (or the gym if you have the energy!)

take the spa home

If you fall in love with one of the products during your treatment, please ask your therapist for a suggestion or any recommendations for your at-home routines as we stock a wide collection of our branded spa products that you can purchase while you’re with us.

cancellation policy

We look forward to welcoming you into our tranquil spa, but should you need to cancel a treatment, please contact the Health Club with at least 24 hours notice. Missed or late-cancelled appointments will be charged at the full price in respect of our therapist’s time and talents.
