Hybrid meetings at One Aldwych allow you to hold an event for a select number of delegates in one of our event spaces, whilst using technology to live stream to many more delegates across multiple locations, worldwide.

We work in partnership with AV Projections to offer you the technology to provide seamless Hybrid events, utilising high definition video and audio via multiple platforms to suit your business.

Hybrid meeting

8am until 5pm

  • Live streaming web conference to stream to up to 100 guests
  • Room hire
  • Still and sparkling filtered water
  • Tea and coffee on arrival, served with either a Danish pastry or homemade gluten-free muffin and a selection of fresh fruit in the morning or a selection of mini cakes in the afternoon
  • One additional tea and coffee break served with a selection of delicious biscuits
  • Hot and cold working buffet lunch or a two course plated lunch served in Indigo
