If you are struggling to find your motivation or are new to training, you may benefit from a session with one of The Health Club's personal trainers.
The dedicated team have a variety of backgrounds and special interests - an early consultation will identify who is right to work with you.
Training goals are very personal so the primary objective is to identify what you are hoping to achieve. Generally goals can be broken down into three areas:
- Scientific - for example to reduce percentage of body fat
- Personal - for example to drop a clothing size
- Achievement - for example to complete a 10K run
One of the greatest advantages of working with a personal trainer is keeping your routine fresh using a combination of training disciplines. You may find yourself busy with cardiovascular exercises in the gym, stretching out with Pilates, swimming laps in the pool or even out running in Covent Garden.
Every six weeks, a fitness assessment takes place to review goal progress.
Book a single personal training session at a cost of £65. Alternatively the club has a number of personal training packages.

Personal training from £51 per hour
